Rocky Graziose is an accomplished research and product development executive with over fifteen years of experience driving innovation across the health, wellness, and beauty industries. As Head of R&D and Regulatory at Country Life Vitamins, he leads cross-functional teams in developing science-backed nutritional supplements and personal care products that align cutting-edge innovation with regulatory excellence.
Previously, Rocky served as Director of Global External R&D at The Estée Lauder Companies, where he led open innovation strategy and external partnerships that delivered measurable ROI and breakthrough technologies across the global portfolio. His career spans leadership roles at Zarbee’s Naturals, Bio-Botanica, and as co-founder of Benji’s Farm, a plant-based dog treat company.
Rocky holds a PhD in Natural Products Chemistry from Rutgers University and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Known for his ability to bridge scientific rigor with strategic vision, he is passionate about translating research into products that improve health, enhance performance, and inspire consumer trust.
Kristen Boye

Kristen Boye is a freelance natural health and sustainable living writer with over 20 years of experience writing, copywriting, and editing for various companies and publications. Kristen was raised on an organic, communal farm in British Columbia, which inspired her life’s work.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Health, is a Certified Natural Foods Chef, a medicinal herb farmer, a natural foods advocate, and is obsessed with writing, homesteading, researching, regenerative agriculture, and words in general.
Before starting her own writing business in 2013, Kristen ran her own natural foods cooking and teaching business, then spent 10 years in the supplement industry in outside sales, as director of marketing and events, director of a naturopathic spa, and purchasing buyer for a contract manufacturer.
After her daughter was born, Kristen left her day job to become a freelance health writer and she’s never looked back.
