We use UPS for our product shipments.
Where do you ship?
At this time, we ship to U.S. addresses. We do not ship to Puerto Rico. For those that live outside of the USA, please contact us and we can help you find an online retailer that carries Country Life.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses?
Items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO address, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority shipping. UPS Ground, and 2nd Day shipping are not available.
How do I get free shipping?
In order to qualify for free standard shipping, your order must meet the pre-tax purchase minimum ($50) after any applicable discounts have been applied, unless current promotions state otherwise. Orders will ship within 48 hours of being placed. You will normally receive your order within 7 business days. There are certain times of the year where there may be slight delays. Please review UPS.com or USPS.com for further information on any delays they may be experiencing. Countrylifevitamins.com is not responsible for any shipping delays.
What are the shipping charges and delivery estimates?
- Merchandise total* Up to $50.00: UPS Ground - $15.00
- Merchandise total* $50.01 to $75.00: UPS Ground - FREE
- Merchandise total* $75.01 to $100.00: UPS Ground - FREE
- Merchandise total* Over $100.00: UPS Ground - FREE

When can I expect my order to arrive?
We normally ship orders within 2 business days of receipt. All orders placed today will process the next business day. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
For standard shipping orders, please expect your order to arrive in 5-7 business days. This includes orders that qualify for free standard shipping. Please note that we only offer standard shipping and do not currently offer express shipping.
You may also choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery, however additional charges will apply. See Shipping Charges and Delivery Estimates for details.
Countrylifevitamins.com is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you’d like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will email you with a shipping confirmation and a UPS tracking number link for you to follow. The shipping confirmation is sent to the email address you provided us during checkout. Please note we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed. If you have ordered something by accident please refer to the Refunds & Returns section for more information.
Refunds & Returns
What is the return policy?
Customers may return unopened merchandise purchased from Country Life Vitamins or Biochem store within 30 days of purchase. When accompanied by the packing slip the customer will receive the refund in the original form of payment. We do not reimburse for return shipping charges.
How do I make a return?
If you purchased an item from BiochemProtein.com or CountryLifeVitamins.com and would like to return it, here are the steps:
- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
- Include your packing slip in the box along with the item. If you cannot locate your packing slip, please include billing name, and address on a separate piece of paper.
- All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with the packing slip and accessories to ensure full credit.
- We do not reimburse for return shipping charges. Please be sure you can track your return package.

What should I do if my items arrive damaged or defective?
Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand this can be frustrating and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible. If you have received a damaged item, please e-mail us at ConsumerAffairs@CountryLifeVitamins.com or call us Monday thru Friday, between 9AM and 5PM EST at 1 800.645.5768, Press 6. One of our customer care representatives will be happy to respond. Please provide your name, order number and the item number that was damaged and we will arrange for the damaged item to be replaced immediately.
Online Ordering
What happens if a product is out of stock?
If a product is currently out of stock, you will not be able to place it in your cart. If you want to find out when an item is back in stock, email us at customerservice@countrylifevitamins.com.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal or Amazon Pay currently, but we are actively looking into it. Orders are subject to review. Your purchase from Country Life/Biochem will show on your Credit Card statement as Country Life LLC.
We may impose a surcharge on credit cards (not debit cards) that is not greater than our cost of acceptance.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you have ordered something by accident please refer to the Refunds & Returns section for more information.
