"I have had an overall positive experience with Country Lifes MAXI Collagen. There are many pros such as - dissolves easily, flavorless ( so it will take on the flavor of the liquid you mix it with. In my case this was a coconut water & cranberry juice, its fully dissolved after stirring. In addition to there isn't any stomach discomfort after use. Now to the good stuff. Does it work ...? Yes. I noticed a positive change in the Quality of nails, hair & skin. Nails grow back with a "A" grade quality if that makes any sense, whiter, tougher, less likely to break.
