Fish Oils from cold water fish contain omega-3 fatty acids. Ultra Omegas contain Country Life’s highest concentration of DHA at 500 mg, complemented with 200 mg EPA, all in only two softgels. Omega-3s are known to support brain health and function and nervous system function.** Also, supportive but not conclusive research shows that consumption of EPA and DHA Omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.
