This is the second part in a 5 part series about the Country Life® Pledge of Integrity. The integrity of our products and our company is of great importance to us. On every one of the Country Life® products we have our “Pledge of Integrity” printed because it stands for our commitment to our customers that each and every one of our products measures up to all 5 of these Integrity Standards, which are:

  1. Authenticity of Ingredients
  2. Cleanliness of Ingredients
  3. Freshness of Ingredients
  4. Consistency of the Formula
  5. Accuracy of Labeling

In this series we will review each of the integrity standards and what they mean to Country Life® and what they mean and represent to you as our customer.

Point 2 of our standards is about Cleanliness of Ingredients. What does this mean? Cleanliness is a pretty straight forward word, right? It means “clean”. But at Country Life® it means even more.

Of course, we ensure our ingredients are free of pathogens, radiation, bacteria and other contaminants to verify that the ingredients for all our products are clean. But Country Life® takes it a step further. Our manufacturing facility was one of the first NSF registered GMP facilities AND is a certified USDA Organic facility.

This means our manufacturing process meets strict USDA Organic standards and quality control requirements including:

  • Non-toxic cleaning solutions used on instruments and machines
  • Allergen control including the type of materials for uniforms
  • Specific areas for receiving, handling and manufacturing for any USDA ingredient
  • Trained personnel to properly handle and process materials used in USDA organic formulas

And one last point about cleanliness – 100% of the Country Life® product line is certified Gluten Free by GFCO (Gluten Free Certification Organization). Just one more certification that represents the cleanliness of all Country Life® products so you can #PowerYourGreatness!

Watch for Part #3 in this series as we examine the Freshness standard.
